These Terms are not all inclusive. Anything not strictly stated in the terms must be reviewed by Darsey Design, or one of it's representitives.
Terms Of Use
1. Any images owned by DarseyDesign.com may be used as wallpaper on personal computers free of charge. This applies to computer systems owned by individuals. This does not apply to computer systems owned by companies or cooperations.
2. Any images owned by DarseyDesign.com may be used as background images on personal non-commercial websites free of charge, provided that there is a link to DarseyDesign.com in the links section of the site in question.
3. NO DIRECT LINKING of any images on DarseyDesign.com is permitted, unless permission has been granted by the owner. Permission may be granted by the owner of DarseyDesign.com submitting images to other websites for posting, but in any other case, permission must be obtained from the owner of DarseyDesign.com
4. Commercial use of any images owned by DarseyDesign.com is not permitted unless permission is granted by the owner of DarseyDesign.com.
5. No images owned by DarseyDesign.com may be altered in any manner. There are no exceptions. This includes removing any portion of the image, altering the size of the image, or changing the image from the state that is posted on DarseyDesign.com
6. All rights to the images are retained by the owner. Use of the images is at the discretion of the owner. Any violation of these "Terms of Use" is subject to action by the owner, including but not limited to requesting the administrator or host provider of the offending site to have the images removed, and banning the offender from DarseyDesign.com.
7. The term "images" is defined as any file on this website that is a jpg, bmp, gif, or any other electronic graphic format. Printed versions of any images posted on DarseyDesign.com are covered by these Terms.
8. To obtain permission for use of any images posted on DarseyDesign.com outside of these Terms of Use, contact the owner at owner@darseydesign.com
